Chef Special !!! Veg Pulav!!! ;)

Hai Friends… Starting a with a new category from today!! Every Thursday Special .. I want to post all my recipes of cooking!!! ;) [ These recipes are licensed under GPL !! U HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO COOK , MODIFY AND UPDATE AGAIN !! ] 

This recipe is designed for cooking pulav for 7 people!!! 

Veg Pulav SRS Document :

1.  5 carrots, 1 Beet root, 2 potatos ( optional) , and green-peas (100 gm), A good mixture of Black-pepper, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, cloves. 

Pulav Design Document : :P

1. Cut the carrot, Beet root into piecies.

2. keep the pan , with sufficient oil in it. 

3. Drop the mixture of spices into the pan and fry for some time till u can get a specific aroma!!! ( if u have cold..dont blame me :P )

4. Now drop the cut peices of carrot and beet root into the pan and then fry it for a some time with the mixture of aroma..( Caution :: dont fry for a long time)..add 2 spoons of salt to it.. and mix well…

5 . Now .. The cruicial part .. clean the rice with water and then drop the rice into the pan and mix it .. ( yes you are right!! its raw rice, dont think so much.. just follow the procedure.. ) .. and then fry it for a very few seconds.. jus a span of making it hot!! [ The special thing is rice getting the color of spices, beet root, and carrot ]. 

6. Now put all the content into your electric cooker [ dont ask me how to's with a steam cooker.. i dont know ]. 

7. Now pour 8 and half cups of hot water into the cooker, and add one spoon of salt again..mix well in cooker  [ Now u can see the mixture of colored water and rice floating].. ( hope if u are right with the above steps ) :)

8. Thats it !!! U became a chef now!!! jus the last thing is “power on” for your cooker!!

AND RELAX!! u r done…. ask ur friends to get ready !!! ;)
